Hyrox Group Instructor
After beginning CrossFit Shelby quickly found a love for longer distance wods which sparked her interest in Hyrox competitions! As our Hyrox instructor, Shelby is passionate about helping people move quicker, lift safely, and build confidence through tough challenges. Shelby’s favorite thing about our gym is that it feels like a second family.
Shelby’s classes are known to have high energy, 2000s throwbacks, and a strong sense of teamwork. She believes fitness should be challenging, but it should also be something you genuinely enjoy! Her favorite movement to coach is correct rower form!
After a workout Shelby loves to cook greek yogurt protein pancakes with strawberries and syrup. Outside of the gym Shelby can be found running marathons, hanging with her dog, reading a quick book, or enjoying local restaurants with friends.
