Shannon Day

For the past 14 years, Shannon has been creating smart and effective programs for athletes to meet their nutrition and fitness goals. Shannon is passionate about building sustainable progress through consistency and support.

Shannon also earned his CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2024. She loves the community our gym offers, and that CrossFit is challenging and allows athletes to push their own individual limits! Shannon’s favorite movements to coach are any shoulder presses or jump squats.

When  Shannon is not at the gym, she enjoys spending time camping, boating, and with her family. Fun fact, Shannon used to participate in bodybuilding competitions and has been a vegetarian for over 33 years!
